Shipping policy

Note: A variation of up to 0.5mm in MDF thickness may occur at times, as we use imported pine MDF sourced from abroad rather than local MDF.

We ship all over India.

We take care of every aspect while shipping your products. But to make all procedures smooth and good, we may require 1-3 working days for your order to be dispatched. Orders Received during Sunday, Holidays or any other critical circumstances are scheduled to be dispatched the following Monday or next working day.

We do not use Speed Post services so we cannot ship to PO boxes. Some restricted or military addresses may be subject to restricted delivery until there is a particular courier service that can reach there. Rural remote areas may require one or more additional days to deliver.

Generally the deliver time anywhere in India is estimated as 3-8 working days by surface shipping depending upon destination. However, if you need urgent delivery, it can be done by air. Just contact via email or whatsapp for express delivery. Please note: No product or order can be dispatched on the same day of placing the order, even with express shipping.

SHIPPING

1. Orders cannot be dispatched on the same day. It takes a minimum of 1 to 3 days to process and ship any order, even if express shipping is selected. We generally ship your order within 1-3 days after the payment has been received.
2. Standard shipping takes 3-8 working days depending upon delivery locations.
3. For Customized orders, we need a time of 4-7 days as per designing work after the Order has been placed.
4. The transit time given by courier company is only an estimate and we are not liable for delays by our shipping partner.
5. No dispatches on weekends and holidays.
6. Currently, we ship to all major cities and towns in India and also worldwide.

7. If your delivery address falls in an area where our partner courier services are unavailable, additional courier charges may apply. In such cases, we will inform you once our courier partner confirms the service availability for your location.

   You may choose to proceed with the order by paying the additional courier charges. If you prefer not to proceed, the order will be cancelled and the applicable refund will be processed.

WHEN CAN YOU EXPECT A DELAY IN DELIVERY

Delay may happen in delivery if–

• Customer is not reachable by the courier person
• Customer’s phone number is not reachable
• Any strike happens
• Any natural calamities happen

PAYMENT

All prices are in Indian Rupees (Rs.). All orders are processed after we receive full payment for the same. All major credit and debit cards, net banking and PAYTM payment modes are accepted.
