We take great efforts when we pack your Products, to ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.
All the orders go through 3 levels of packaging and 3 levels of inspection before dispatch. The likelihood of damage is very small. However, there could be certain circumstances beyond our control, where you could receive a damaged or defective product. Here’s how you can get a replacement:
Handilane offers a replacement guarantee for all products ordered online. Products will be replaced only in case of a manufacturing defect or damage due to transportation. Replacement will not be made in cases of damage due to normal wear and tear, incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product, and negligence on part of the customer.
In case the product you have returned is out of stock, we will provide you with a credit note equal to the value of the product you purchased. The credit note will be sent to you via email and can be used to purchase anything of that value from the online store within three months.
In case, if consignee is not available without any information provided to us for shipment hold, shipping of return parcel will be bearable by client and if refund is initiated, only amount of items will be refunded after deducting amount of return parcel.
In all of the above circumstances, we would request you send us parcel opening video proof with details of the product that is short, different, or an image of a product that is defective/damaged, while the product is still in its packaging. You can email us at info@handilane.com or Whatsapp Us.
If you are eligible for a replacement, you need to share unboxing video of parcel within 4 hours of delivery after receiving the parcel. If we are not notified within the given time period, i.e., 4 hours, no replacement or refund will be initiated.
We endeavor to ship out the products as soon as the Orders are placed. As such, it will not be possible to Cancel an Order under any circumstance, once the Order is Confirmed and the payment is “Complete” or the transaction is “Successful”.
The exchange policy is not applicable for any consumable item which has been used or installed, products with tampered or missing serial numbers, any damage / defect not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. The policy is also not applicable on any product returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
Please ensure the item(s) are packed securely to prevent any damage during transit. The replacement for a damaged product will be processed only after we receive the returned parcel. Please note that the process may take 10 to 15 days.
Note: We do not have any exchange policy, refund or cancellation policy once the order has been placed.
